Background
Deeva was struggling to keep up with the number of bookings and needed a tool that could automate some tasks and make their work more efficient. Before contacting Linko, Deeva was using a no-code management tool that was limiting their growth potential.
We started with importing all their appointments in the new application, and then we added new features to streamline their workflow.
Deeva has to manage both an online business and a physical salon, and was using Google Calendar to see the professionals’ availability.
We designed a customized calendar that helps them effortlessly manage both business units.
Deeva needed to be able to select the most cost-effective professional for their at-home appointments and needed to let their operations team make these cost-effective decisions.
We designed a customized tool that uses data like time, distance from the previous appointment, cost per km etc to suggest the best professional to match to every appointment.
